Returns and Refunds Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition or damaged beyond our control may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s). Returns made without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
Exceptions: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
